We ship over 99 percent of our orders COMPLETE. Fort Troff uses UPS as our preferred carrier for our shipments. Typically orders placed before 5pm Tuesday thru Friday ship the same day. However, during Sale Events and Holidays orders can take up to 3 business days to process. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday thru Monday will be slightly delayed 1-2 business days. Currently none of our UPS options deliver on weekends, not even on our expedited shipping options. Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box, nor do we ship to APO\/FPO addresses. As an alternate, UPS Surepost\/ Mail Innovations will hand your package over to USPS for delivery.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING<\/h2>\n<p>For our International Customers we understand how shipping costs may prohibit you from placing as many orders as you would like. Therefore, we are now offering a more economical shipping option that concentrates on price versus speed of delivery. We have now partnered with both USPS and UPS to ship out our International orders. Your order will arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. Please note that Package Insurance is not included and we cannot guarantee the delivery date. If you\u2019ve GOTTA have it quick, then we offer the speedier service provided by UPS. Your package will arrive within 2-6 days and we can track it. There may be some duties or taxes due on the parcel when it arrives. This all depends on the value and regulations of your specific country.
